التجديدRenewal

قبل الانتهاء بوقت كافٍ، مع إشعار واضح. التجديد الصامت يُنتج شكاوى، والتجديد المتأخر يُنتج انقطاع خدمة.Well before expiry, with clear notice. Silent renewal produces complaints; late renewal produces service interruption.

ماذا يحدث عند عدم الدفع؟ قطع كامل أم تقييد؟ السياسة تُحدد مسبقاً وتُطبَّق آلياً، لا بقرار يدوي متغير.What happens on non-payment: full cut-off or restriction? The policy is set in advance and applied automatically, not by a varying manual decision.

ترقية وتخفيض الاشتراك وتغيير الدورة. كل تغيير يحتاج حساباً تناسبياً موثقاً، وإلا ظهرت فروق لا يُعرف مصدرها.Upgrade, downgrade and cycle change. Each needs a documented proration, otherwise differences appear with no traceable source.

الاسترجاعRefunds

مسار الاسترجاع مرتبط بالفاتورة الأصلية، ويُنتج إشعاراً دائناً. الاسترجاع النقدي بلا مستند يُنتج فرقاً محاسبياً.The refund path links to the original invoice and produces a credit note. Cash refunds without a document produce an accounting difference.

القياسMeasurement

قِس نسبة التجديد، والتخلّي، ومتوسط عمر المشترك. هذه الأرقام أهم من عدد المشتركين الجدد.Measure renewal rate, churn and average subscriber life. These matter more than new subscriber count.
