نتعامل مع بيانات العملاء وفق مبادئ حماية البيانات الشخصية المعمول بها في المملكة. نجمع الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة، ونحدد أغراض المعالجة ومدة الاحتفاظ، ونوفر قناة للاستفسار وطلب الوصول أو التصحيح.We handle client data in line with the personal data protection principles applicable in the Kingdom. We collect the minimum data needed to deliver a service, define processing purposes and retention periods, and provide a channel for enquiries and access or correction requests.

نلتزم بسرية معلومات العملاء والبيانات التي نطّلع عليها أثناء تنفيذ الأعمال، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث إلا بموجب تفويض مكتوب أو التزام نظامي. يلتزم فريق العمل باتفاقيات سرية قبل بدء أي مهمة.We keep client information and any data we access during delivery confidential, and do not share it with a third party except under written authorisation or a regulatory obligation. Team members sign confidentiality terms before any engagement begins.

نلتزم بتقديم أعمالنا وفق منهجية موثقة ومراجعة مزدوجة قبل التسليم، مع توثيق المخرجات ومعايير القبول، وقياس رضا العميل بعد انتهاء كل مرحلة لتحسين الأداء باستمرار.We commit to delivering work under a documented methodology with independent review before handover, documenting deliverables and acceptance criteria, and measuring client satisfaction after each phase to drive continuous improvement.
الاستخدام المسؤول للذكاء الاصطناعيResponsible AI
نستخدم أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي كمساندة للتحليل وصياغة المسودات، مع مراجعة بشرية إلزامية لكل مخرج. لا نُدخل بيانات عملاء سرية في أدوات عامة، ونوضح للعميل عند استخدام أي أداة في نطاق العمل.We use AI tools to assist analysis and drafting, with mandatory human review of every output. We do not place confidential client data into public tools, and we disclose to the client when a tool is used within an engagement.
الإفصاح عن الثغرات الأمنيةSecurity Disclosure
نرحّب بالإبلاغ المسؤول عن أي ثغرة أمنية في أنظمتنا. يمكن إرسال البلاغ إلى قناة التواصل الرسمية مع وصف الثغرة وخطوات إعادة الإنتاج، ونتعامل معه بسرية ودون إجراءات قانونية ضد المبلّغ الحسن النية.We welcome responsible disclosure of any security vulnerability in our systems. Reports can be sent to our official contact channel with a description and reproduction steps; we handle them confidentially and will not pursue legal action against good-faith reporters.
استمرارية الأعمالBusiness Continuity
نحافظ على نسخ احتياطية دورية لوثائق العمل، ونوفر قنوات تواصل بديلة لضمان استمرار الخدمة، ونراجع خطط الاستمرارية عند تغيّر نطاق العمل أو الأنظمة المستخدمة.We keep regular backups of engagement documents, maintain alternative communication channels to sustain service, and review continuity arrangements when the scope of work or the systems used change.
