اللون والوضوحColour and clarity

أخضر، أصفر، أحمر مع سبب مكتوب. اللون بلا سبب يُنتج تفاؤلاً أو تشاؤماً بلا أساس.Green, amber, red with a written reason. Colour without reason produces unfounded optimism or pessimism.

القرارات المطلوبةDecisions needed

أهم قسم هو ما نطلبه: قرار، مورد، أو موافقة. التقرير الذي لا يطلب شيئاً لا يُنتج شيئاً.The most important section is what we need: a decision, resource or approval. A report asking nothing produces nothing.

الإيقاعCadence

أسبوعي قصير أفضل من شهري طويل. الإيقاع السريع يكشف المشكلة في وقت تصلح فيه.A short weekly report beats a long monthly one. Faster cadence finds the problem when it can still be fixed.

الجمهورAudience

تقرير الإدارة التنفيذية يختلف عن تقرير الفريق. خلط المستويين يُنتج تقريراً لا يخدم أياً منهما.An executive report differs from a team report. Mixing levels produces one serving neither.
