التعليقSuspension

سياسة واضحة عند عدم الدفع: تقييد أم إيقاف. القرار الآلي بلا سياسة يُنتج خدمة غير متسقة.A clear policy on non-payment: restriction or suspension. Automatic action without policy produces inconsistent service.

الإيرادRevenue

الإيراد يُعترف على مدى الفترة، لا عند الفاتورة. الإعداد الخاطئ يُنتج إيراداً موسمياً وهمياً.Revenue is recognised over the period, not at invoicing. Wrong configuration produces phantom seasonal revenue.

الترقيةUpgrade

تغيير الخطة يحتاج حساباً تناسبياً. غيابه يُنتج فروقاً لا يُعرف مصدرها.A plan change needs proration. Its absence produces differences with no traceable source.

القياسMeasurement

نسبة التجديد، التخلّي، والإيراد المتكرر. هذه الأرقام أهم من عدد المشتركين.Renewal rate, churn and recurring revenue. These matter more than subscriber count.
