وقود، صيانة، إطارات، تأمين، رخص، وإهلاك. الإهلاك هو البند الأكثر إغفالاً وهو الأكبر غالباً.Fuel, maintenance, tyres, insurance, permits and depreciation. Depreciation is the most omitted and often the largest.

وحدة القياسThe unit

التكلفة لكل كيلومتر أو لكل ساعة تشغيل. المقارنة بالتكلفة الشهرية لا تكشف الكفاءة.Cost per kilometre or per operating hour. Comparing monthly totals does not reveal efficiency.

الوقودFuel

الاستهلاك غير الطبيعي مؤشر على عطل أو سوء استخدام. متابعة الكمية لكل مركبة تكشف الحالتين.Abnormal consumption signals a fault or misuse. Tracking quantity per vehicle reveals both.

الصيانةMaintenance

الصيانة الدورية أرخص من الإصلاح، والصيانة المؤجلة تُنتج تكلفة متضاعفة وتوقفاً غير مخطط.Scheduled maintenance is cheaper than repair, and deferred maintenance produces multiplied cost and unplanned downtime.

الاستبدالReplacement

قرار الاستبدال يُبنى على التكلفة المتزايدة لكل كيلومتر، لا على عمر المركبة فقط. بعض المركبات تُصبح مكلفة قبل نهاية عمرها الافتراضي.The replacement decision rests on rising cost per kilometre, not age alone. Some vehicles become expensive before their nominal life ends.

التخصيصAllocation

تكلفة المركبة تُخصَّص على المشروع أو القسم الذي استخدمها. بلا تخصيص، تُصبح التكلفة عامة بلا مسؤول.Vehicle cost is allocated to the project or department that used it. Without allocation, cost becomes general and ownerless.
