وصف الأصل، رقمه، موقعه، تاريخ الاقتناء، التكلفة، العمر، طريقة الإهلاك، القيمة الدفترية، والمسؤول عنه. حقل ناقص يعني تتبعاً ناقصاً.Description, tag, location, acquisition date, cost, life, depreciation method, carrying value and the person responsible. A missing field means incomplete tracking.

الرقم والوسمTagging

لكل أصل رقم فريد ووسم على الأصل نفسه. بلا وسم، يتحول الجرد إلى تخمين، ويصعب ربط الأصل الفعلي بسجله المحاسبي.Each asset needs a unique number and a tag on the asset itself. Without a tag, counting becomes guesswork and linking the physical asset to its accounting record is hard.

الإهلاك: السياسة قبل الحسابDepreciation: policy before arithmetic

أعمار الأصول وطرق الإهلاك يجب أن تكون سياسة معتمدة لا اختياراً في كل مرة. تغيير العمر لتحسين ربح شهر هو قرار يجب أن يكون موثقاً ومبرراً.Asset lives and methods should be an approved policy, not a case-by-case choice. Changing a life to improve one month's profit is a decision that must be documented and justified.

الجرد الدوريPeriodic counting

جرد سنوي على الأقل، ونتائجه تُطابق بالسجل: موجود، مفقود، تالف، غير مستخدم. الأصل الموجود في السجل وغير الموجود فعلياً هو ملاحظة تدقيق مؤكدة.Count at least annually and reconcile results to the register: present, missing, damaged, unused. An asset in the register but not physically present is a guaranteed audit finding.

الاستبعاد والبيعDisposal and sale

عند البيع أو الإخراج، يجب أن يُغلق السجل والقيد معاً، ويُحتسب الربح أو الخسارة. الأصل المباع والمتبقي في السجل يُنتج إهلاكاً وهمياً وتضخيماً للأصول.On sale or retirement, close the register and the entry together and compute the gain or loss. A sold asset left in the register produces phantom depreciation and overstated assets.

الأصول الصغيرة والمسيطر عليهاSmall and controlled assets

الأجهزة الصغيرة والأدوات ليست أصولاً ثابتة محاسبياً، لكنها تحتاج سجلاً رقابياً. الفقد فيها متكرر، وغياب السجل يجعل المتابعة مستحيلة.Small devices and tools are not accounting fixed assets but still need a control register. Losses there are frequent, and without a register tracking is impossible.
