دراسة لقرار داخلي ليست كدراسة لطلب تمويل، وليست كدراسة لتقديم لجهة. كل غرض يفرض عمقاً ومصادر بيانات مختلفة.A study for an internal decision differs from one for financing, and from one for submission to an authority. Each purpose imposes different depth and data sources.

القطاعThe sector

المشروع الصناعي يحتاج تحليل طاقة وتوريد وتشغيل، والخدمي يحتاج سلوك عميل وموقعاً. القطاع يحدد بنود الدراسة نفسها.An industrial project needs energy, supply and operations analysis; a service one needs customer behaviour and location. The sector determines the study's own sections.

البياناتData

هل توجد بيانات فعلية أم تُقدَّر؟ الدراسة المبنية على تقديرات تحتاج مصادر مبرَّرة وسيناريوهات، وهذا يرفع الجهد.Is there actual data or estimation? A study built on estimates needs justified sources and scenarios, which raises the effort.

العمق الماليFinancial depth

التحليل البسيط مقابل نموذج كامل بالتدفقات والحساسية. الفرق ليس تجميلياً: النموذج الكامل يكشف مخاطر لا يظهرها المتوسط.Simple analysis versus a full model with cash flows and sensitivity. The difference is not cosmetic: a full model reveals risks an average hides.

المخاطرRisk

تحليل الحساسية وسيناريوهات السوق والتنظيم. الدراسة التي تتجاهل السيناريو السيّئ لا تحمي قراراً.Sensitivity analysis and market and regulatory scenarios. A study ignoring the downside does not protect a decision.

كيف تُقيَّمHow to assess one

لا تقيّم الدراسة بعدد صفحاتها بل بثلاثة أسئلة: هل بياناتها مبرَّرة؟ هل اختبرت السيناريو السيّئ؟ هل تُنتج قراراً واضحاً؟Assess a study not by page count but by three questions: are its data justified, did it test the downside, and does it produce a clear decision?
