نفس منطق أي تنفيذ: تحليل، تهيئة، بيانات، اختبار، وإطلاق. الفرق في حجم التخصيص لا في المنهج.The same logic as any implementation: analysis, configuration, data, testing and launch. The difference is customisation volume, not method.

التخصيصCustomisation

المرونة المتاحة تُغري بتخصيص أوسع. كل تخصيص يُقيَّم بتكلفة صيانته لا بتكلفة بنائه.Available flexibility tempts broader customisation. Each is assessed at its maintenance cost, not build cost.

الدعمSupport

من يدعم بعد الإطلاق؟ غياب إجابة واضحة يُنتج توقفاً عند أول مشكلة.Who supports after launch? No clear answer produces a stoppage at the first problem.

التكلفة الكاملةTotal cost

التنفيذ والتدريب والتخصيص والدعم والاستضافة. الترخيص المنخفض لا يعني مشروعاً أرخص.Implementation, training, customisation, support and hosting. A low licence does not mean a cheaper project.

القياسMeasurement

قِس التبنّي وتقليص الجداول الموازية. النظام بلا مستخدمين لم يُنفَّذ فعلاً.Measure adoption and reduction of parallel spreadsheets. A system without users was not actually implemented.
