قارن بالمستهدف أو بالفترة المماثلة. الرقم بلا مقارنة لا يُنتج قراراً.Compare to target or equivalent period. A number without comparison produces no decision.

التوقيتTimeliness

حدّث اللوحة بإيقاع القرار لا بإيقاع النظام. لوحة شهرية تُقرأ ربعياً فقدت قيمتها.Update at the decision cadence, not the system's. A monthly dashboard read quarterly has lost its value.

الجمهورAudience

لوحة الإدارة تختلف عن لوحة المشرف. محاولة إرضاء الجميع تُنتج لوحة لا تخدم أحداً.An executive dashboard differs from a supervisor's. Trying to please everyone produces one serving no one.

التبنّيAdoption

قِس عدد من يفتح اللوحة. اللوحة بلا قرّاء مشكلة تصميم أو حاجة، لا مشكلة تقنية.Measure how many open it. A dashboard without readers is a design or need problem, not a technical one.
