الاحتساب الفوريReal-time counting

البيانات غير المسجّلة أو المصنّفة خطأً لا تُحتسب، وقد يتأثر التصنيف مباشرة. هذا يغيّر منطق العمل من مراجعة سنوية إلى نظافة بيانات دائمة.Unregistered or misclassified data does not count and the banding may be affected immediately. This changes the logic from an annual review to permanent data hygiene.

النسب تختلف بحسب النشاط والمهنة وحجم المنشأة. لذلك لا تُقارن منشأتك بمنشأة أخرى في قطاع مختلف — القاعدة قد تكون مختلفة تماماً.Ratios differ by activity, profession and size. Do not compare your entity with one in a different sector — the rule may be entirely different.

الأثر على الخدماتEffect on services

التصنيف لا يؤثر على رقم فقط؛ قد ينعكس على خدمات وبرامج. لذلك هو مؤشر تشغيلي لا تقرير امتثال.Banding does not affect only a number; it can reflect on services and programmes. It is therefore an operational indicator, not a compliance report.

نظافة البياناتData hygiene

التصنيف الصحيح للمهنة، والأجر المطابق، والعقد الموثّق، والحالة الوظيفية السليمة. أربعة حقول تحدد إن كان الموظف يُحتسب.Correct profession classification, matching wage, registered contract and correct employment status. Four fields determine whether an employee counts.

المراقبة الشهريةMonthly monitoring

لوحة شهرية بسيطة: العدد المطلوب، المُحتسب فعلاً، والفجوة لكل مهنة. هذه اللوحة تمنع المفاجأة أكثر من أي تقرير مفصل.A simple monthly dashboard: required count, actually counted, and the gap per profession. This prevents surprises more than any detailed report.
