المستشار يساعدك على بناء النظام، وجهة الإصدار تقيّمه وتمنح الشهادة. لا يجوز أن يقوم الطرف نفسه بالدورين في العمل ذاته.The consultant helps you build the system, and the certification body assesses and certifies it. The same party may not perform both roles on the same work.

الاعتمادAccreditation

جهة الإصدار نفسها تحتاج اعتماداً من هيئة اعتماد. السؤال الصحيح ليس «هل أنتم معتمدون؟» بل «من يعتمدكم وبأي نطاق؟».The certification body itself needs accreditation from an accreditation body. The right question is not whether they are accredited but by whom and for what scope.

النطاقScope

تأكد أن اعتماد الجهة يغطي نشاطك وقطاعك. الاعتماد في مجال لا يغطي مجالك لا يمنح شهادتك القبول المطلوب.Confirm the body's accreditation covers your activity and sector. Accreditation in an unrelated field does not give your certificate the required acceptance.

الجدول والواقعيةTimeline and realism

أي وعد بشهادة سريعة بلا عمل حقيقي هو إشارة خطر. المدة المعقولة تُبنى على جاهزيتك وحجمك ونطاقك.Any promise of a fast certificate without real work is a risk signal. A reasonable duration rests on your readiness, size and scope.

الأخطاء الشائعةCommon errors

التعاقد على «شهادة» بدل «نظام وشهادة»، واختيار الأرخص فقط، وعدم سؤال عن عدد التدقيقات ومدة الدورة.Contracting for a certificate rather than a system and certificate, choosing on the lowest bid alone, and not asking about audit count and cycle length.

التحققVerification

اطلب التحقق من صلاحية الشهادة عبر الجهة المانحة أو سجلات الاعتماد. الشهادة غير القابلة للتحقق لا قيمة لها عند المنافسة.Ask to verify the certificate's validity through the issuing body or accreditation registers. An unverifiable certificate has no value in competition.
