معيار دولي لنظام إدارة الجودة يركز على فهم العميل، القيادة، المخاطر، والتحسين المستمر. لا يفرض عليك إجراءات محددة، بل يطلب أن تكون إجراءاتك محددة ومطبقة.An international standard for a quality management system focused on customer understanding, leadership, risk and continual improvement. It does not impose specific procedures but requires that your procedures are defined and applied.

ما تطلبه الشهادةWhat certification requires

أدلة على أن النظام مطبق فعلاً: سجلات، قياسات، مراجعات إدارية، ومعالجة عدم المطابقة. الأدلة تُنتج من العمل اليومي، لا تُكتب قبل التدقيق بأسبوع.Evidence that the system actually operates: records, measurements, management reviews and nonconformity handling. Evidence comes from daily work, not written a week before the audit.

الفرق عن الورقThe difference from paperwork

المنشأة التي تُنتج إجراءات لا يستخدمها أحد تجتاز التدقيق الأول ثم تفشل في المراقبة. الفرق بين النظام والورق هو أن الأول يُستخدم حين لا يراقبك أحد.An organization producing procedures nobody uses may pass the first audit then fail surveillance. The difference between a system and paperwork is that the former is used when nobody is watching.

من يمنح الشهادةWho grants the certificate

جهة إصدار معتمدة ومستقلة، وليست الاستشاري الذي ساعدك. الخلط بين الدورين يُبطل قيمة الشهادة، ولذلك يُمنع أن يمنح المستشار شهادة لعمل ساعد فيه.An accredited, independent certification body — not the consultant who assisted you. Confusing the two roles voids the certificate's value, which is why a consultant may not certify work they helped deliver.

الأثر التجاريThe commercial effect

في السعودية، الشهادة تدخل في التقييم الفني لبعض المنافسات، وهي شرط في قوائم تأهيل موردين كبار. لذلك هي قرار تجاري قبل أن تكون قرار جودة.In Saudi Arabia the certificate features in technical evaluation for some tenders and is a condition in major vendor qualification lists. It is therefore a commercial decision before a quality one.

البداية العمليةThe practical start

ابدأ بتقييم الفجوة بين واقعك ومتطلبات المعيار، ثم رتّب الفجوات بالأثر. كتابة دليل جودة قبل فهم العمليات تُنتج نظاماً لا يشبه المنشأة.Start with a gap assessment between your reality and the standard's requirements, then rank gaps by impact. Writing a quality manual before understanding the processes produces a system that does not resemble the organization.
