وقت التوقف، العمل اليدوي البديل، ومخاطرة الامتثال. هذه بنود لا تُسجَّل، ولذلك يبدو التأجيل أرخص مما هو.Downtime, manual workarounds and compliance risk. These are unrecorded, which is why deferral looks cheaper than it is.

التخطيطPlanning

تحديث تدريجي على مراحل أرخص وأقل خطراً من استبدال شامل في وقت واحد. الأولوية للأكثر خطراً لا الأقدم.Staged modernisation is cheaper and less risky than a single full replacement. Priority goes to the riskiest, not the oldest.

التوقفDowntime

لكل مرحلة نافذة وتأثير متوقع وخطة رجوع. التحديث بلا خطة رجوع يُنتج عطلاً طويلاً عند أي مفاجأة.Each stage needs a window, expected impact and rollback plan. Modernisation without rollback produces a long outage at any surprise.

التكاملIntegration

التحديث لا يعني تغيير كل شيء: بعض الأنظمة القائمة تُربط بنظام جديد عبر واجهات. هذا يقلّل النطاق والمخاطرة.Modernisation does not mean changing everything: some existing systems connect to a new one through interfaces. This reduces scope and risk.

القياسMeasurement

قِس زمن التوقف قبل وبعد، وعدد الأعطال، وزمن الإصلاح. الأرقام تُبرّر المرحلة التالية أو تُعدّلها.Measure downtime before and after, failure count and repair time. The numbers justify or adjust the next stage.
