اعتماد على شخص واحد، عدم توفر تحديثات أمنية، صعوبة إيجاد كفاءات، وتكاملات بلا توثيق. اجتمع اثنان يعني خطراً.Reliance on one person, no security updates, difficulty hiring skills, and undocumented integrations. Two together mean risk.

التكلفة الحقيقيةThe real cost

الدعم، وقت التوقف، العمل اليدوي البديل، ومخاطر الامتثال. التكلفة التي لا تُحتسب هي ما يبقي القرار معلقاً.Support, downtime, manual workarounds and compliance risk. The uncounted cost is what keeps the decision pending.

الخياراتThe options

الاستمرار مع تحسين، التغليف بواجهة، أو الاستبدال. الاستبدال ليس الخيار الوحيد ولا دائماً الأفضل.Continue with improvement, wrap with an interface, or replace. Replacement is not the only option nor always the best.

الانتقالMigration

أهم مرحلة هي البيانات والتكاملات. النظام الجديد ببيانات قديمة سيئة يُنتج نفس المشكلات بسرعة أعلى.The critical stage is data and integrations. A new system with bad old data produces the same problems faster.

التوازيParallel running

فترة تشغيل متوازٍ قصيرة تكشف المشكلات قبل الاعتماد الكامل. الطويلة تُنتج ازدواجية عمل.A short parallel period reveals problems before full reliance. A long one produces duplicated work.

القرارThe decision

اكتب معايير القرار قبل التقييم، وإلا تحوّل النقاش إلى تفضيل شخصي. المعايير المكتوبة تجعل القرار قابلاً للمراجعة.Write the decision criteria before the assessment, otherwise the debate becomes personal preference. Written criteria make the decision reviewable.
