ما الأنشطة والمواقع المشمولة؟ النطاق الواسع بلا بيانات يُنتج فجوات، والأفضل البدء بما تستطيع قياسه فعلاً.Which activities and sites are included? A broad scope without data produces gaps; better to start with what you can actually measure.

البياناتData

الطاقة، المياه، النفايات، الانبعاثات، السلامة، والعمالة. لكل بند مصدر داخل النظام أو سجل، وبدونه يبقى تقديراً.Energy, water, waste, emissions, safety and labour. Each line has a source in a system or record, without which it remains an estimate.

الحوكمةGovernance

من يوافق على الإفصاح؟ من يملك البيانات؟ الإفصاح بلا مسؤول معرّض للخطأ والتأخير.Who approves the disclosure, and who owns the data? Disclosure without a responsible owner is prone to error and delay.

الأطرFrameworks

توجد أطر ومتطلبات مختلفة، وبعضها مرتبط بجهة تنظيمية أو ممول. اختيار الإطار يحدد بنود القياس، ويُراجع من المصادر الرسمية.Different frameworks and requirements exist, some tied to a regulator or lender. The framework choice sets the measurement lines and is verified from official sources.

التدرجProgression

ابدأ ببيانات يمكن الدفاع عنها، ثم وسّع. الإفصاح الأول لا يجب أن يكون شاملاً، لكن يجب أن يكون صحيحاً.Start with data you can defend, then expand. The first disclosure need not be comprehensive but must be accurate.

المخاطرThe risks

الادعاء غير المدعوم أخطر من غياب الإفصاح، لأنه يُنشئ توقعاً ويُنتج سؤالاً. المصداقية تُبنى بالتدريج لا بالتصريح.An unsupported claim is more dangerous than no disclosure, because it creates an expectation and a question. Credibility is built gradually, not by declaration.
