لكل مؤشر: من أين يأتي الرقم؟ فاتورة كهرباء، سجل تشغيل، نظام موارد بشرية، أو عداد. المؤشر بلا مصدر يبقى تقديراً.For each indicator: where does the number come from? An electricity bill, operating log, HR system or meter. An indicator without a source remains an estimate.

المسؤوليةOwnership

لكل مؤشر مالك في العمل لا في الاستدامة. من يشغّل المعدة يعرف استهلاكها، ومن يحفظ البيانات لا يعرف سببها.Each indicator has an owner in operations, not in sustainability. Whoever runs the equipment knows its consumption; whoever stores data does not know its cause.

الدوريةFrequency

بعض المؤشرات شهرية وبعضها سنوي. الجمع السنوي لبيانات شهرية يُنتج تقديرات ضعيفة وذاكرة غير دقيقة.Some indicators are monthly and others annual. Annual collection of monthly data produces weak estimates and inaccurate memory.

التحققVerification

مطابقة الأرقام مع فاتورة أو سجل مستقل. التحقق الداخلي البسيط يمنع خطأً يظهر لاحقاً في مراجعة خارجية.Matching figures to an invoice or independent record. Simple internal verification prevents an error surfacing in external review.

الأنظمةSystems

حيث يمكن، اجعل الجمع آلياً من نظام قائم بدل جدول يدوي. الجدول اليدوي يُهمل عند أول انشغال.Where possible, make collection automatic from an existing system instead of a manual sheet. A manual sheet is abandoned at the first busy period.

الأرشفةArchiving

احفظ المستند المؤيد لكل رقم. عند أي سؤال، الملف يُنهي الموضوع في دقائق.Keep the supporting document for every figure. On any question, the file closes the matter in minutes.
