التقسيطInstalments

الجدول يجب أن يُسجَّل في النظام بتواريخه، لا في جدول يدوي. الجدول اليدوي يُنسى ويُنتج أرصدة خاطئة.The schedule should be recorded in the system with its dates, not a manual sheet. A manual sheet is forgotten and produces wrong balances.

المطابقةReconciliation

مطابقة شهرية بين الرسوم المستحقة والمحصّلة والمتنازل عنها. الفروق هنا تخص إيراداً معترفاً به.A monthly match between fees due, collected and waived. Differences here affect recognised revenue.

المعالجة المحاسبيةAccounting treatment

الرسوم تُعترف على مدى الفترة الدراسية، لا عند التحصيل. الاعتراف عند التحصيل يُنتج إيراداً موسمياً غير حقيقي.Fees are recognised over the academic period, not on collection. Recognition on collection produces unrealistic seasonal revenue.

التنازلWaivers

التنازل والخصم يحتاج اعتماداً موثقاً. التنازل الشفهي يُنتج فجوة في التحصيل بلا تفسير.A waiver or discount needs documented approval. A verbal waiver creates an unexplained collection gap.

التقاريرReporting

تقرير أعمار الذمم لكل صف ومرحلة. التقصير في مرحلة قد يكون مؤشراً على مشكلة أوسع.An aging report per grade and stage. Delay in one stage may signal a wider problem.
