افصل الثغرات بحسب نوع الأصل: خدمة مكشوفة للإنترنت، نظام داخلي، جهاز مستخدم، أو نظام تشغيلي. الأثر يختلف تماماً بحسب الموقع.Separate findings by asset type: internet-facing service, internal system, user device, or operational system. Impact differs entirely by location.

الأولوية ليست درجة الفحصPriority is not the scanner score

درجة الثغرة وحدها لا تكفي. أضف: هل الأصل حساس؟ هل يوجد استغلال معروف؟ هل البيانات عليه حساسة؟ الأولوية الحقيقية تجمع هذه العوامل.The scanner score alone is insufficient. Add: is the asset critical, is exploitation known, is the data sensitive? Real priority combines these factors.

مالك وموعد لكل بندAn owner and a date per item

البند بلا مالك لا يُصلح. اجعل كل ثغرة مرتبطة بشخص وموعد، واعرض الحالة أسبوعياً. هذا الإجراء البسيط يرفع نسبة الإغلاق أكثر من أي أداة.An item without an owner does not get fixed. Link each finding to a person and a date, and review status weekly. This simple step raises closure more than any tool.

الاستثناءات موثّقةDocumented exceptions

بعض الثغرات لا يمكن إصلاحها فوراً (نظام قديم، تقييد تشغيلي). وثّق السبب، الضابط التعويضي، وتاريخ إعادة التقييم — وإلا بقيت مفتوحة بلا قرار.Some findings cannot be fixed immediately (legacy system, operational constraint). Document the reason, the compensating control and the reassessment date — otherwise they stay open with no decision.

التحقق من الإغلاقVerify closure

لا تُغلق ثغرة بناءً على تصريح. أعد الفحص أو اختبر يدوياً، وسجّل الدليل. الإغلاق بلا تحقق يُنتج شعوراً بالأمان لا أماناً.Do not close a finding on assertion. Rescan or test manually and record the evidence. Closing without verification produces a feeling of safety, not safety.

الإيقاعThe cadence

فحص دوري منتظم أفضل من فحص شامل متأخر. الإيقاع المتكرر يكشف الثغرات الجديدة أسرع ويجعل الإصلاح عادة لا مشروعاً.Regular periodic scanning beats a delayed comprehensive one. A repeated cadence finds new findings faster and makes remediation a habit rather than a project.
