الأجر المرتبطThe linked wage

بعض المسارات تشترط حداً أدنى للأجر مع الاعتماد. استيفاء أحدهما دون الآخر لا يُحتسب.Some tracks require a minimum wage alongside accreditation. Meeting one without the other does not count.

الفجوة الواقعيةThe real gap

قد تكون لديك أعداد كافية على الورق، لكن الاحتساب أقل بسبب الاعتماد أو الأجر أو التصنيف. الفجوة الحقيقية تُقاس بالبيانات لا بالانطباع.You may have enough people on paper while counting is lower due to accreditation, wage or classification. The real gap is measured from data, not impression.

المهندس المؤهل يُنافس عليه السوق. خطة الاحتفاظ — تطوير، مسار وظيفي، وحوافز مرتبطة بالمشروع — أرخص من دورة توظيف متكررة.A qualified engineer is competed for. A retention plan — development, career path, project-linked incentives — is cheaper than repeated hiring.
