متطلبات بيئية واجتماعية تُقيَّم ضمن التأهيل. المنشأة التي لا تجمع بياناتها تجد نفسها بلا إجابة عند الطلب.Environmental and social requirements are assessed in qualification. An organization not collecting its data finds itself without an answer when asked.

المطابقة الفنيةTechnical conformance

المواصفات والاعتمادات واختبارات القبول. المنتج المطابق جزئياً يحتاج اتفاقاً مسبقاً، لا استثناءً لاحقاً.Specifications, approvals and acceptance tests. A partially conforming product needs prior agreement, not later exception.

المراجعReferences

مرجع من عميل صناعي مشابه أقوى من أي وصف. المنشأة الجديدة تبدأ بمرجع أصغر لتصل إلى الأكبر.A reference from a similar industrial customer outweighs any description. A new entrant starts with a smaller reference to reach the larger one.

الجودة المُدارةManaged quality

نظام جودة مطبق يقلّل مخاطرة المشتري. وجود الشهادة مهم، لكن التطبيق هو ما يظهر في الزيارات.An applied quality system reduces the buyer's risk. Having the certificate matters, but application is what shows in visits.

الاستعداد للمراجعةAudit readiness

الجهة قد تزور الموقع. الجاهزية تعني أن ما تقوله يطابق ما يحدث، لا أن الوثائق مرتبة فقط.The buyer may visit the site. Readiness means what you say matches what happens, not only that documents are tidy.
