الأرشفةArchiving

حفظ المستند بالصيغة والمدة المطلوبة. الأرشيف غير القابل للاستخراج يُستهلك في كل مراجعة.Storing the document in the required format and period. An unretrievable archive is consumed on every review.

الإرجاعReturns

الإشعار الدائن مرتبط بالفاتورة الأصلية. الفصل يُنتج فرقاً في الإقرار.The credit note links to the original invoice. Separation produces a return difference.
