التوثيق يجعل العقد مرجعاً معتمداً للأجر والمسمى والمدة. بدونه، تصبح المطابقة والنزاع مسألة إثبات صعب لا مسألة قراءة بند.Registration makes the contract an accepted reference for wage, title and duration. Without it, comparison and dispute become a matter of difficult proof rather than reading a clause.

الفرق بين الأجر في العقد والأجر المدفوع هو أحد أكثر أسباب الملاحظات. أي تغيير في الأجر يجب أن يُوثّق في العقد قبل تنفيذه في الرواتب.A difference between the contract wage and the paid wage is among the most common causes of flags. Any wage change must be registered in the contract before it takes effect in payroll.
