أولوية تقنية المعلومات هي السرية والتكامل، وأولوية الأنظمة التشغيلية هي التوفر والسلامة. لذلك ترتيب الضوابط يختلف، وما هو صحيح في مكتب ليس بالضرورة صحيحاً في المصنع.IT prioritises confidentiality and integrity; OT prioritises availability and safety. The control order therefore differs, and what is right in an office is not necessarily right on the plant floor.

ابدأ بالجرد والفصلStart with inventory and separation

لا يمكن حماية ما لا تعرفه. اجرد الأجهزة والبروتوكولات والاتصالات، ثم افصل شبكة التشغيل عن شبكة المكتب، وقلّل المعابر بينهما.You cannot protect what you do not know. Inventory devices, protocols and links, then separate the OT network from the office network and reduce the crossings between them.

المعابر هي الخطرCrossings are the risk

أغلب الحوادث تصل إلى التشغيل عبر معبر: جهاز مهندس، مشاركة ملفات، أو وصول دعم عن بُعد. حدّد هذه المعابر وضيّقها وراقبها.Most incidents reach OT through a crossing: an engineer's laptop, file sharing, or remote support access. Identify, narrow and monitor these crossings.

التغيير بحذرChange with care

التحديثات والتصحيحات تحتاج نوافذ صيانة واختباراً قبل التطبيق. التحديث الذي يُطبَّق فوراً على نظام حساس قد يكون أخطر من الثغرة التي يعالجها.Updates and patches need maintenance windows and prior testing. An update applied immediately to a critical system can be more dangerous than the vulnerability it fixes.

المراقبة المناسبةAppropriate monitoring

الأنظمة التشغيلية قد لا تتحمل وكلاء مراقبة ثقيلة. استخدم مراقبة سلبية على مستوى الشبكة حيث يمكن، وراقب سلوك الاتصال لا الجهاز نفسه.OT systems may not tolerate heavy monitoring agents. Use passive network-level monitoring where possible and watch communication behaviour rather than the device itself.

التنسيق مع فرق التشغيلCoordinate with operations

أي خطة أمنية تُكتب بلا مهندسي التشغيل ستُرفض عند التطبيق. اجعلهم شركاء في التصميم منذ البداية، واحترم قيود السلامة والإنتاج.Any security plan written without operations engineers will be rejected at implementation. Make them design partners from the start and respect safety and production constraints.
