استلام، تخزين، انتقاء، وشحن. المسار غير المعرّف يُنفَّذ بطرق مختلفة من كل موظف.Receipt, storage, picking and shipping. An undefined route is executed differently by each employee.

المواقعLocations

رفوف ومناطق محددة. الموقع المحدد يجعل الانتقاء أسرع والجرد أدق.Specific racks and areas. A defined location makes picking faster and counting more accurate.

الانتقاءPicking

أمر انتقاء بترتيب منطقي. الترتيب العشوائي يستهلك وقتاً ويزيد الخطأ.A picking order with logical sequence. Random sequence consumes time and increases error.

الجرد الدوريCycle counting

جرد أصناف مختارة بدل الجرد الشامل. الجرد الشامل النادر يُنتج تصحيحاً مؤقتاً.Counting selected items instead of a full count. A rare full count produces temporary correction.

التعبئةPackaging

وحدات التعبئة والتحويل بينها. إغفالها يُنتج فرقاً بين الكمية والوزن.Packaging units and conversion between them. Omitting them produces a difference between quantity and weight.

التقاريرReporting

دقة المخزون وأسباب الفروق. الأسباب المصنّفة تُصلح، وغير المصنّفة تتكرر.Inventory accuracy and difference causes. Categorised causes get fixed; uncategorised ones repeat.
