الإرجاع مرتبط بالفاتورة الأصلية. الإرجاع بلا مرجع يفتح باباً لسوء الاستخدام.Returns link to the original invoice. A return without reference opens the door to misuse.

المخزونInventory

البيع يخصم من المخزون مباشرة. التأخير في المزامنة يُنتج بيعاً بلا رصيد ثم جرداً غير مطابق.Sales deduct from stock immediately. Sync delay produces sales without stock then a mismatched count.

المطابقةReconciliation

مطابقة يومية بين تقرير الكاشير والبنك والمحاسبة. الفرق اليومي الصغير يُكتشف، والتراكم الشهري يصعب تفسيره.Daily match between till report, bank and accounting. A small daily difference is caught; a monthly accumulation is hard to explain.

الفروعBranches

توحيد الأسعار والمنتجات بين الفروع. الاختلاف يُنتج تقارير غير قابلة للمقارنة.Unify prices and products across branches. Variation produces reports that cannot be compared.
