Do not under-provision — poor performance makes users lose trust in the system.

النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادةBackup and restore

احتياجك الحقيقي ليس نسخة احتياطية — بل قدرة استعادة مُجرَّبة. خزّن نسخة من قاعدة البيانات ومن مجلد الملفات معاً (النسخة الجزئية بلا قيمة)، واحفظ نسخة خارج الموقع، واختبر الاستعادة فعلياً كل ربع سنة. نسخة لم تُجرَّب ليست نسخة.What you actually need is not a backup — it is tested restore capability. Back up the database and the filestore together (a partial backup is worthless), keep an offsite copy, and actually test restoration every quarter. An untested backup is not a backup.

الترقيات والصيانةUpgrades and maintenance

ثبّت نسخة Odoo المستهدفة وحدّثها بإيقاع منتظم (لا تنتظر سنوات)، وراقب سجلات الأخطاء ومساحة القرص، وحدّد نافذة صيانة دورية. الترقية المتأخرة تتراكم فيها التغييرات فتصبح عالية المخاطر.Pin your target Odoo version and upgrade at a regular cadence (do not wait years), monitor error logs and disk space, and define a regular maintenance window. Deferred upgrades accumulate changes and become high-risk.

متى تستعين بمزوّد؟When to use a provider?

استعن بمزوّد مُدار إذا: لم يكن لديك فريق تقني متخصص، أو كان النظام حساساً ويحتاج مراقبة على مدار الساعة، أو احتجت التزامات توافر (SLA) موثّقة، أو كنت تخضع لمتطلبات امتثال تحتاج إثباتاً. التكلفة الشهرية غالباً أقل من تكلفة موظف متخصص واحد.Use a managed provider if: you have no dedicated technical team, the system is sensitive and needs round-the-clock monitoring, you need documented availability commitments (SLA), or you are subject to compliance requiring evidence. The monthly cost is often less than one specialist employee.
