الرخصة تصدر لموقع بمساحة ونشاط محددين. تغيير الموقع أو المساحة أو النشاط يحتاج تحديثاً لا مجرد إشعار.The licence is issued for a specific premises, area and activity. Changing location, area or activity needs an update, not a notification.

الاشتراطاتConditions

اشتراطات تختلف بحسب النشاط: مخارج، تهوية، تخزين، وإطفاء. الشرط غير المستوفى يُنتج إغلاقاً لا غرامة فقط.Conditions differ by activity: exits, ventilation, storage and fire suppression. An unmet condition produces closure, not only a fine.

الدفاع المدنيCivil defence

شهادة السلامة شرط لاستمرار الرخصة في كثير من الأنشطة. انتهاؤها يُنتج تعليقاً بلا إنذار مسبق.A safety certificate is a condition for continuing the licence in many activities. Its expiry produces a suspension without prior notice.

التجديدRenewal

التجديد يحتاج مستندات محدّثة قد تكون منتهية. البدء قبل الموعد بشهر يمنع التعطل.Renewal needs updated documents that may themselves be expired. Starting a month before the deadline prevents interruption.

التفتيشInspection

الزيارة البلدية تتحقق من الاشتراطات الواقعية لا الورقية. الفرق بين الرخصة والواقع هو مصدر الملاحظات.A municipal visit verifies actual conditions, not paper. The gap between licence and reality is the source of observations.

السجلThe register

احتفظ بجدول لكل موقع: الرخصة، الدفاع المدني، والاشتراطات. المراجعة الربعية تمنع مفاجأة الإغلاق.Keep a table per location: licence, civil defence and conditions. A quarterly review prevents the closure surprise.
