اجمع الدروس عند كل مرحلة رئيسية، لا في النهاية فقط. في النهاية تُنسى التفاصيل ويُجمَّل الأداء.Collect at each major stage, not only at the end. At the end details are forgotten and performance is polished.

الشكلFormat

صفحة واحدة: ما حدث، ما تعلّمناه، وما سنفعله مختلفاً. التقارير الطويلة لا تُقرأ.One page: what happened, what we learned, and what we will do differently. Long reports are not read.

القابلية للاستخدامUsability

كل درس يجب أن يُنتج تغييراً: قالب، قائمة تحقق، أو بند في عقد. الدرس بلا إجراء نصيحة.Each lesson should produce a change: a template, a checklist or a contract clause. A lesson without action is advice.

الحيادNeutrality

الدروس ليست لتحديد المسؤولية. الفريق الذي يخاف اللوم يكتب دروساً عامة بلا قيمة.Lessons are not for assigning blame. A team afraid of blame writes generic, worthless lessons.

الوصولAccess

احفظها في مكان يصل إليه من يبدأ مشروعاً جديداً، لا في أرشيف المشروع المغلق.Store them where someone starting a new project can reach them, not in the closed project archive.

الاستخدامUse

في بداية كل مشروع جديد، راجع دروس المشاريع المشابهة. القائمة القصيرة تمنع تكرار الخطأ.At the start of each new project, review lessons from similar ones. The short list prevents repeating the error.
