قائمة بالمخالفات التي يجوز للمفتش تسجيلها، ومقابل كل واحدة العقوبة أو نطاقها. عملياً هو قائمة تحقق للزيارة، ولذلك يُقرأ من الجهة نفسها لا من التلخيصات.A list of violations an inspector may record, each with its penalty or range. In practice it is the visit's checklist, so it should be read from the source rather than summaries.

كيف تراجع تعرّضكHow to review your exposure

خذ كل بند واطرح سؤالاً واحداً: هل يمكن أن يحدث عندنا؟ إن كانت الإجابة «نعم» أو «لا أعرف»، فهذه فجوة تحتاج ضابطاً لا وعداً بحسن النية.Take each item and ask one question: could this happen here? If the answer is yes or "I don't know", that is a gap needing a control, not a promise of good intentions.

الفجوات الأكثر شيوعاًThe most common gaps

ملفات موظفين ناقصة، عقود غير موثّقة، ساعات عمل غير مسجّلة، إجازات غير منظمة، ورواتب لا تطابق العقود. هذه الخمسة تغطي أغلب ما يُسجَّل في الزيارات.Incomplete employee files, unregistered contracts, unrecorded working hours, unmanaged leave, and wages not matching contracts. These five cover most of what visits record.

الدليلEvidence

المفتش لا يقبل الوصف، بل المستند: عقد موثّق، سجل حضور، مسير رواتب، وإيصال تحويل. الضابط الذي لا يُنتج مستنداً لا يُحتسب.An inspector accepts a document, not a description: a registered contract, an attendance record, a payroll register and a transfer receipt. A control that produces no document does not count.

المراجعة الذاتيةSelf-review

راجع مرة كل ربع على عيّنة من الملفات، وسجّل النتيجة. المراجعة الذاتية تكشف الفجوة في وقت تصلحه فيه، لا في وقت تُسجَّل فيه عليك.Review a sample of files quarterly and record the outcome. Self-review finds the gap when you can fix it, not when it is recorded against you.
