تحديد المفتاحيIdentifying the key ones

ليس كل تقرير مفتاحياً. المفتاحي هو ما يُتخذ به قرار أو يُبنى عليه ضابط، أو يُرسل لجهة خارجية.Not every report is key. A key report is one used for a decision, a control, or sent to an external party.

منطق التقريرReport logic

افهم من أين يأتي الرقم وكيف يُحتسب. التقرير الذي لا يعرف أحد منطقه لا يمكن الدفاع عن دقته.Understand where the number comes from and how it is computed. A report whose logic nobody knows cannot be defended for accuracy.

الاختبارTesting

أعد احتساب عيّنة يدوياً وطابقها. اختبار التقرير لا يُغني عنه فحص الشاشة أو الثقة بالمزوّد.Recompute a sample manually and match it. Testing a report is not replaced by reading the screen or trusting the vendor.

التغييرChange

أي تغيير في الإعداد أو الفلتر أو الحقول يحتاج إعادة اختبار. التقارير تتغير بصمت عند الترقيات.Any change in configuration, filter or fields needs retesting. Reports change silently with upgrades.

الاستخدام الصحيحCorrect use

تأكد أن من يستخدم التقرير يعرف حدوده: ما لا يشمل، وما يُحتسب، وأي فترة. سوء الفهم يُنتج قراراً خاطئاً بتقرير صحيح.Ensure users know its limits: what it excludes, what it includes, and which period. Misunderstanding produces a wrong decision from a correct report.

الدليلEvidence

احتفظ بنتيجة الاختبار وتاريخه. إثبات أن التقرير اختُبر يسبق الاعتماد عليه في أي مراجعة.Keep the test result and its date. Evidence that the report was tested precedes reliance on it in any review.
