الاعتمادApproval

إنشاء مهمة أو تعديلها يحتاج اعتماداً كتغيير النظام. المهمة التي تُنشأ بلا توثيق تصبح عبئاً مجهولاً.Creating or amending a job needs approval like a system change. An undocumented job becomes an unknown burden.

المراقبةMonitoring

تنبيه عند الفشل وعند التأخر غير المعتاد. المهمة التي تعمل عادة في ساعة تحتاج تنبيهاً إن تجاوزت المدة.Alert on failure and on unusual delay. A job normally running in an hour needs an alert if it exceeds the duration.

الفشل الصامتSilent failure

بعض المهام تفشل جزئياً وتُعلن النجاح. لذلك تُضاف تحققات منطقية: عدد السجلات، الإجماليات، والاستثناءات.Some jobs fail partially and report success. Logical checks are therefore added: record counts, totals and exceptions.

التسلسلSequence

المهام المترابطة تحتاج ترتيباً واعتماداً على نتيجة السابقة. تشغيل مهمة قبل الأخرى يُنتج بيانات ناقصة.Interdependent jobs need sequencing and dependency on the prior result. Running one before another produces incomplete data.

التوثيقDocumentation

لكل مهمة: ماذا تفعل، من يملكها، وماذا يحدث إن فشلت. المهمة التي لا يعرف أحد مالكها تُترك معطلة أياماً.For each job: what it does, who owns it, and what happens on failure. A job whose owner is unknown stays broken for days.
