كل تغيير يحتاج طلباً مكتوباً يوضح ما سيتغير ولماذا وأثره المتوقع. التغيير الشفهي لا يمكن مراجعته ولا إيقافه.Every change needs a written request stating what changes, why, and the expected impact. A verbal change cannot be reviewed or stopped.

الاختبارTesting

لا تغيير في بيئة التشغيل قبل اختباره في بيئة اختبار بنتيجة موثّقة. «سيُختبر في الإنتاج» يعني أن العميل هو المختبر.No change reaches production before testing in a test environment with a documented result. "We will test in production" means the customer is the test lab.

الاعتمادApproval

من يعتمد؟ حسب الأثر: تغيير عادي، عاجل، أو جوهري. التصنيف يمنع إبطاء كل تغيير صغير بمسار كبير.Who approves? By impact: standard, urgent or major. Classification prevents slowing every small change through a heavy path.

خطة الرجوعRollback

لكل تغيير طريقة للعودة إن فشل. التغيير بلا خطة رجوع يجعل الفشل كارثة لا حادثة.Every change needs a way back if it fails. A change without rollback turns failure into a disaster rather than an incident.

الفصلSeparation

من يطوّر لا ينشر في الإنتاج بنفسه في الأنظمة الحساسة. هذا الفصل هو ما يمنع نشر كود غير مختبر.Whoever develops does not deploy to production themselves on critical systems. This separation prevents deploying untested code.

السجلThe record

سجل تغييرات يراجع دورياً: ما نُفّذ، ما فشل، وما تسبب في حادثة. الأنماط فيه تُحسّن العملية أكثر من أي سياسة.A change log reviewed periodically: what was implemented, what failed, and what caused an incident. Patterns improve the process more than any policy.
