عدد الأنشطة والمواقع المشمولة. إضافة موقع أو نشاط تُضاعف الجهد، ولذلك يُحدَّد النطاق بدقة لا توسّعاً.The number of activities and sites included. Adding a site or activity multiplies effort, so scope is defined precisely rather than broadly.

الجاهزيةReadiness

وجود إجراءات، سجلات، ومؤشرات قائمة. المنشأة التي تُدير عملياتها بنظام مكتوب تبني عليه بدل أن تبدأ من الصفر.Existing procedures, records and indicators. A business managing by a written system builds on it rather than starting from zero.

المواقعSites

كل موقع يحتاج تدقيقاً وزيارات. المواقع المتعددة تُنتج جدولاً أطول وجهداً موزعاً، وتحتاج تنسيقاً مركزياً.Each site needs auditing and visits. Multiple sites produce a longer schedule and distributed effort, requiring central coordination.

النظام القائمThe existing system

نظام جودة قديم غير محدَّث قد يستهلك جهداً أكثر من غيابه، لأنه يحتاج تصحيحاً لا بناءً.An outdated quality system may consume more effort than none, because it needs correction rather than construction.

الأدلةEvidence

كمية السجلات التي تحتاج إنشاء أو تصحيحاً. الأدلة هي الجزء الأكبر من الجهد، وأغلبها مخرجات عمل يومي.The volume of records needing creation or correction. Evidence is the largest part of the effort, and most of it is daily work output.

الدعم الخارجيExternal support

الدور المناسب للمستشار هو تسريع الفهم وتنظيم العمل، لا إنتاج ورق بديل عن المنشأة. النظام الذي يبنيه المستشار وحده لا يستمر.The consultant's proper role is accelerating understanding and organising the work, not producing paper instead of the organization. A system built only by the consultant does not last.
