الفحص النافي للجهالةDue diligence

قبل التعاقد مع وكيل أو شريك أو مورد في مجال عالي الخطورة، يجب فحص مستقل موثق. الثقة بلا فحص ليست ضابطاً.Before contracting with an agent, partner or supplier in a high-risk area, independent documented due diligence is required. Trust without verification is not a control.

الهدايا والضيافةGifts and hospitality

السياسة تحتاج حداً ومسار اعتماد وسجلاً. الغياب لا يعني المنع، بل يعني أن القرار فردي وغير قابل للمراجعة.The policy needs a threshold, an approval path and a register. Their absence does not mean prohibition but an individual, unreviewable decision.

المدفوعاتPayments

المدفوعات النقدية والدفعات غير المبرَّرة والوسطاء بلا عقد واضح. هذه أكثر المسارات تكراراً في القضايا.Cash payments, unjustified advances and intermediaries without a clear contract. These are the most recurring routes in cases.

قناة الإبلاغReporting channel

المعيار يطلب قناة مستقلة وسرية. القناة التي تمر عبر المدير المباشر لا تُستخدم في الحالات التي تخصه.The standard requires an independent and confidential channel. A channel through the line manager is not used in cases concerning them.

الأثر التجاريThe commercial effect

بعض العملاء والممولين والمشاريع الكبرى تطلب هذا النظام ضمن التأهيل. لذلك هو أيضاً شرط وصول لا مجرد التزام.Some customers, lenders and major projects require this system in qualification. It is therefore also an access condition, not merely an obligation.
