لكل عملية: ما أثر توقفها بعد ساعة، يوم، أسبوع؟ الترتيب الناتج هو ما يحدد أولويات التعافي.For each process: what is the impact of an hour, day or week of downtime? The resulting order sets recovery priorities.

الاستراتيجياتStrategies

لكل عملية حرجة: بديل، موقع آخر، مزوّد بديل، أو عمل يدوي. الاستراتيجية التي لا تُختبر تبقى افتراضاً.For each critical process: a workaround, alternate site, alternate supplier or manual operation. An untested strategy remains an assumption.

الاختبارTesting

المعيار يطلب تمارين دورية بنتائج موثّقة. التمرين الورقي يكشف فجوات التواصل والصلاحيات بسرعة وبأقل تكلفة.The standard requires periodic exercises with documented results. A tabletop exercise reveals communication and authority gaps quickly and cheaply.

الارتباط بالأمن والنسخLink to security and backup

الاستمرارية تشمل الأنظمة والبيانات، لكنها أوسع: تشمل الناس والموردين والموقع. الاقتصار على النسخ الاحتياطي لا يُنتج استمرارية.Continuity covers systems and data but is broader: it includes people, suppliers and premises. Relying on backup alone does not produce continuity.

من يقود؟ من يقرر الإعلان؟ من يتحدث للعملاء؟ الأدوار غير المكتوبة تُنتج ارتباكاً في أول ساعة.Who leads, who decides to announce, who speaks to customers? Unwritten roles produce confusion in the first hour.

المراجعةReview

كل تغيير جوهري في نظام أو موقع أو مورد يستدعي تحديث الخطة. الخطة السنوية لا تكفي في منشأة متغيرة.Every material change in a system, site or supplier requires updating the plan. An annual plan is insufficient in a changing organization.
