عدد الملاحظات المفتوحة وأعمارها، ونسبة الإقرارات المسلّمة في موعدها. مؤشران يكشفان تعرّض المنشأة قبل أن يظهر في تقرير خارجي.Open findings and their age, and the share of returns filed on time. Two indicators reveal exposure before it appears in an external report.

الاختيار والعددSelection and count

لا تقِس كل شيء. ثمانية إلى عشرة مؤشرات تكفي؛ أكثر من ذلك يُنتج تقريراً يُقرأ سريعاً ولا يُفهم.Do not measure everything. Eight to ten indicators suffice; more produces a report skimmed rather than understood.

الاستخدامUse

لكل مؤشر هدف ومالك. المؤشر بلا هدف يصبح رقماً للعرض، وبلا مالك يصبح مسؤولية الجميع أي لا أحد.Each indicator needs a target and an owner. Without a target it becomes a number for display; without an owner it becomes everyone's responsibility, meaning no one's.
