هل يملك الفريق خبرة النظام الجديد؟ نقص الخبرة يُنتج نظاماً مهجوراً.Does the team have experience in the new system? Lack of experience produces an abandoned system.

البديلThe alternative

قبل الانتقال، اسأل: هل يمكن سد الفجوة بتهيئة أو إضافة؟ هذا أرخص بكثير.Before migrating, ask whether configuration or an add-on can close the gap. That is far cheaper.

التوقيتTiming

الانتقال عند نقطة طبيعية: بداية فترة أو نهاية مشروع. الانتقال في الذروة يُنتج تعطلاً.Migrate at a natural point: period start or project end. Migrating at peak produces disruption.
