قبل البناء، اسأل: هل يمكن تعديل الإجراء ليخدم التقرير القياسي؟ تغيير العملية أرخص.Before building, ask whether the process can change to suit the standard report. Changing the process is cheaper.

كل تقرير مخصص يحتاج اختباراً عند التحديث. التقارير المتراكمة تُصبح عبئاً.Every custom report needs testing on update. Accumulated reports become a burden.

من يطلبه ومن يصونه. التقرير بلا مالك يُنسى ثم يتعطل.Who requests and maintains it. A report without an owner is forgotten then breaks.

مراجعة دورية للتقارير المخصصة وإزالة غير المستخدم. التراكم بلا مراجعة يُنتج فوضى.Periodic review of custom reports, removing unused ones. Accumulation without review produces chaos.
