كل وحدة تضيف تهيئة واختباراً وتدريباً. الوحدات غير المستخدمة فعلاً تُضاف للطموح لا للعمل، وتُستهلك في المشروع.Each module adds configuration, testing and training. Modules not actually used are added for ambition rather than work and consume the project.

التخصيصCustomisation

كل تخصيص يبعدك عن المسار القياسي ويزيد كلفة الترقية لاحقاً. قاعدة عملية: خصّص عند الضرورة ووثّق السبب.Each customisation moves you from the standard path and raises future upgrade cost. A practical rule: customise only when necessary and document why.

البياناتData

حجم البيانات التاريخية وجودتها. الترحيل الكامل بلا سبب يضاعف الجهد، والبيانات غير النظيفة تُنتج مشكلات بعد الإطلاق.The volume and quality of historical data. Migrating everything without reason doubles effort, and unclean data produces post-launch problems.

التكاملاتIntegrations

كل ربط بنظام آخر: نقاط بيع، بنك، جهة خارجية. كل تكامل يحتاج اختباراً ومعالجة أخطاء ومراقبة.Each link to another system: POS, bank, external party. Each integration needs testing, error handling and monitoring.

المسارThe approach

تنفيذ شامل أم مرحلي؟ المرحلي يقلّل المخاطرة ويطيل المدة. الاختيار يعتمد على قدرة الفريق لا على تفضيل.Full or phased delivery? Phased reduces risk and lengthens duration. The choice rests on team capacity, not preference.

أهم عامل في النطاق هو وجود مالك داخلي يفهم العمل ويقرر. المشروع الذي يقوده المورد وحده يتوسع بلا حدود.The most important scope factor is an internal owner who understands the work and decides. A project led by the vendor alone expands without limit.
