A contract clear on these four prevents most disputes.

نطاق العمل — أكثر بند يُستهان بهScope of work — the most underestimated clause

عبارات مثل «وكل ما يلزم لإتمام العمل» أو «خدمات أخرى حسب الحاجة» تفتح باباً مفتوحاً للالتزامات غير مسعّرة. وثّق المخرجات بدقة، واذكر ما هو خارج النطاق صراحة، وحدّد آلية لأي إضافة.Phrases such as "and all other works necessary to complete the job" or "other services as required" open an unbounded, unpriced obligation. Document deliverables precisely, state explicitly what is out of scope, and define a mechanism for additions.

لا تنفّذ أي عمل إضافي دون أمر تغيير موقّع يحدد النطاق والسعر والأثر على الجدول الزمني. العمل الإضافي غير الموثّق هو المصدر الأول لخسائر المقاولين ومزوّدي الخدمات. القاعدة: لا توقيع = لا تنفيذ.Do not execute additional work without a signed change order specifying scope, price and schedule impact. Undocumented extra work is the leading source of losses for contractors and service providers. The rule: no signature, no execution.

راقب: نسبة العقود النشطة مقابل المنتهية، العقود قاربت على الانتهاء، أوامر التغيير غير المسوّاة، الالتزامات المستحقة القادمة، والعقود منخفضة الربحية. هذه الخمسة تكشف المخاطر قبل تحوّلها إلى خسائر.Monitor: active versus expired contracts, contracts nearing expiry, unsettled change orders, upcoming obligations, and low-margin contracts. These five reveal risk before it becomes loss.

الإغلاق الموثّقDocumented closure

الكثير من الخسائر يحدث في الإغلاق: مستحقات لم تُطالب بها، ضمانات لم تُسترد، ودروس لم تُوثّق. اجعل لكل عقد ملف إغلاق يشمل التسوية النهائية، استرداد الضمانات، وتقييم أداء الطرف الآخر.Many losses occur at closure: unclaimed receivables, unreturned bonds, and undocumented lessons. Give every contract a closure file covering final settlement, bond recovery, and counterparty performance evaluation.
