التغطيةCoverage

حدّد ما تريد رؤيته: مدخل، صندوق، مستودع، أو ممر. التغطية الشاملة بجودة منخفضة أقل فائدة من تغطية مركّزة بجودة كافية.Define what you need to see: entrance, cash desk, warehouse or corridor. Broad coverage at low quality is less useful than focused coverage at adequate quality.

الجودةQuality

القدرة على قراءة لوحة سيارة أو التعرف على وجه تحتاج دقة ومكاناً وإضاءة. المواصفة تُكتب قبل الشراء لا بعده.Reading a plate or recognising a face needs resolution, position and lighting. The specification is written before purchase, not after.

الحفظRetention

مدة التسجيل تحددها الحاجة التشغيلية والنظامية. المدة القصيرة جداً تُفقد الدليل، والطويلة جداً تستهلك تخزيناً بلا سبب.Retention is set by operational and regulatory need. Too short loses evidence; too long consumes storage without reason.

الوصولAccess

من يرى التسجيلات؟ صلاحية العرض والتسجيل والتصدير يجب أن تكون محدودة ومسجّلة. النظام المفتوح للجميع يفقد قيمته القانونية.Who views recordings? Viewing, exporting and recording rights should be restricted and logged. A system open to everyone loses its legal value.

الربطIntegration

الربط مع التحكم بالدخول والإنذار يرفع الفائدة: تنبيه عند فتح باب خارج وقت العمل. الأنظمة المنفصلة تُنتج بيانات لا تُربط.Integration with access control and alarms raises value: an alert when a door opens outside working hours. Separate systems produce unlinked data.

الصيانةMaintenance

القرص الممتلئ أو الكاميرا المعطلة يُكتشفان عند الحاجة لا قبلها. فحص دوري بسيط يمنع فقدان التسجيل في اللحظة الحرجة.A full disk or failed camera is discovered when needed, not before. A simple periodic check prevents losing the recording at the critical moment.
