التنسيقCoordination

أكبر فائدة عملية هي كشف التعارض قبل التنفيذ: مسار يتقاطع مع آخر، أو تجهيز لا يمر. كشفه في الموقع يعني إعادة عمل.The biggest practical benefit is detecting clashes before construction: a route intersecting another or a service that does not fit. Finding it on site means rework.

المتطلب لا يُغطّى بشراء برنامج. يحتاج من يقرأ النموذج ويحدّثه ويراجع جودته، وهذا دور جديد داخل الفريق.The requirement is not covered by buying software. It needs someone to read, update and quality-check the model — a new role in the team.

دليل التسليمDelivery guide

الجهة تحدد ما تريد تسليمه وكيف. غياب دليل داخلي يُنتج تسليماً مرفوضاً في نهاية المشروع بدل بدايته.The buyer defines what to deliver and how. The absence of an internal guide produces a rejected handover at project end instead of the start.

ابدأ بمشروع واحد ونطاق محدود، وبنِ القوالب والدروس. التعميم السريع بلا كفاءة يُنتج نماذج لا يستخدمها أحد.Start with one project and a limited scope, building templates and lessons. Rapid rollout without competence produces models nobody uses.
