مستند خارجي من طرف مستقل أقوى من مستند داخلي، والأصل أقوى من النسخة. لذلك كشف البنك وعقد العميل أقوى من مذكرة داخلية.An external document from an independent party is stronger than an internal one, and an original stronger than a copy. A bank statement and a customer contract therefore outweigh an internal memo.

التنظيمOrganisation

رتّب الحزمة بنفس ترتيب بنود الميزانية والقوائم. المدقق يبحث عن بند، لا عن ملف؛ والفهرس الجيد يوفّر أياماً.Order the pack to match the balance-sheet and statement lines. The auditor looks for a line, not a file; a good index saves days.

المطابقة قبل التسليمReconcile before submitting

لا تُسلّم حزمة قبل مطابقتها بميزان المراجعة. الفرق الذي يكتشفه المدقق يعني أسبوعاً إضافياً على الطرفين.Do not submit a pack before reconciling it to the trial balance. A difference the auditor finds means an extra week for both sides.

الجاهزية المسبقةPrepared in advance

ابنِ الحزمة شهرياً مع الإقفال، لا في موسم التدقيق. الحزمة الشهرية تعني أن التدقيق السنوي يصبح تجميعاً لا بحثاً.Build the pack monthly with the close, not during audit season. A monthly pack turns the annual audit into assembly rather than search.

لكل بند غير معتاد تفسير مكتوب قصير: ما هو، لماذا، وما المستند. التفسير الشفهي يُنسى، والمكتوب يُحتسب.Every unusual item needs a short written explanation: what it is, why, and the document. Verbal explanation is forgotten; written is counted.

الأرشفةArchiving

احفظ الحزمة المسلّمة كما سُلّمت. الحزمة التي تتغير أثناء التدقيق تُنتج ارتباكاً وفقدان ثقة.Keep the submitted pack as submitted. A pack changing during the audit creates confusion and lost confidence.
