المعاييرCriteria

تكرار عالٍ، وقت مستهلك، بيانات متاحة، ومخرج قابل للقياس. غياب أي معيار يُنتج تجربة بلا نتيجة.High repetition, time consumed, available data and a measurable output. Missing any criterion produces an experiment without a result.

ما لا يصلحWhat does not fit

الحالات النادرة، أو التي تحتاج حكماً إنسانياً معقداً، أو التي بياناتها غير موجودة. البدء بها يُنتج إحباطاً.Rare cases, ones needing complex human judgement, or ones without data. Starting there produces frustration.

التجربةThe pilot

نطاق صغير، مدة محددة، ومقياس نجاح مكتوب قبل البدء. التجربة بلا مقياس تُقيَّم بالانطباع.A small scope, a defined duration and a written success measure before starting. A pilot without a measure is judged by impression.

المقارنةThe comparison

قارن بالممارسة الحالية لا بالكمال. التحسين بنسبة معقولة على عمل يومي أثرُه أكبر من كمال على عمل نادر.Compare with current practice, not perfection. A reasonable improvement on daily work beats perfection on rare work.

التوسعScaling

التوسع يحتاج تدريباً وتغيير إجراء وضبطاً. الأداة التي تعمل في قسم واحد قد تفشل في قسم آخر بثقافة مختلفة.Scaling needs training, a procedure change and control. A tool working in one department may fail in another with a different culture.

القياسMeasurement

قِس الوقت الموفّر والأخطاء المنخفضة والرضا. الأرقام الثلاثة تُبرّر الاستمرار أو الإيقاف بموضوعية.Measure time saved, errors reduced and satisfaction. The three justify continuing or stopping objectively.
