واضحة ومستقرة أم متغيرة؟ الأول يناسب التتابعي، والثاني يناسب التدريجي. عكس ذلك يُنتج إما جموداً أو فوضى.Clear and stable, or changing? The first suits waterfall and the second incremental. Reversing them produces rigidity or chaos.

المخاطرRisk

المشروع عالي المخاطرة يستفيد من التسليم المبكر لأجزاء صغيرة. المشروع منخفض المخاطرة يستفيد من التخطيط الكامل.A high-risk project benefits from early delivery of small parts. A low-risk one benefits from full planning.

الالتزام النظاميRegulatory obligation

المشاريع التي تتطلب توثيقاً ومراجعة مسبقة يصعب تقسيمها. هذا قيد حقيقي لا نقاش أيديولوجي.Projects requiring prior documentation and review are hard to split. This is a real constraint, not an ideological debate.

العميلThe customer

قدرة العميل على المشاركة المستمرة شرط للأجايل. العميل الذي لا يشارك يُنتج مشروعاً تدريجياً بلا توجيه.The customer's ability to engage continuously is a condition for agile. A non-engaging customer produces an incremental project without direction.

الفريقThe team

الأجايل يحتاج فريقاً متعدد المهارات ومستقراً. الفريق المتفرق أو المتغير يُنتج دورات بلا إنجاز.Agile needs a multi-skilled, stable team. A dispersed or changing team produces sprints without delivery.

المزجMixing

المزج العملي شائع: تخطيط عام تتابعي وتنفيذ تدريجي داخلي. المزج الواعي أفضل من الالتزام الأعمى بمنهجية.Practical mixing is common: waterfall-level planning with incremental internal delivery. Conscious mixing beats blind adherence.
