ابدأ بالأنظمة الحساسة والصلاحيات المميزة، لا بكل نظام. المراجعة الأوسع تُؤجَّل حتى تُنجز المهمة.Start with critical systems and privileged access, not every system. The broader review is deferred until the important one is done.

الدوريةFrequency

ربع سنوية للحساس، وسنوية للعادي. الدورية الأعلى على النطاق الأضيق أكثر فاعلية من العكس.Quarterly for critical and annual for standard. Higher frequency on a narrower scope is more effective than the reverse.

المسؤولThe owner

المراجعة يقرّها المدير على قائمة فريقه، وتُراجع مركزياً. المدير يعرف من يحتاج ماذا، والمركز يرى الصورة الكاملة.The manager certifies their team's list and it is reviewed centrally. The manager knows who needs what; the centre sees the full picture.

القرارThe decision

لكل بند: أُبقي، خُفّض، أُلغي. التصميم الذي لا يسمح بخفض أو إلغاء يُنتج «أُبقي» للجميع.Per item: retain, reduce, revoke. A design that does not allow reduction or revocation produces "retain" for everyone.

الأدلةEvidence

احفظ القوائم المعتمدة والقرارات وتواريخها. المراجعة التي لا تُترك أثراً لا يمكن إثباتها.Keep the approved lists, decisions and dates. A review leaving no trace cannot be evidenced.

التحسينImprovement

قِس نسبة الإلغاء في كل دورة. صفر إلغاء يعني أن المراجعة تُنفَّذ شكلاً أو أن الأدوار مبنية بشكل جيد جداً — والتمييز يحتاج فحصاً.Measure the revocation rate per cycle. Zero revocations means either the review is formal or the roles are very well built — and the difference needs checking.
