الإبلاغ للجهات المعنية له مدد وإجراءات، بعضها مرتبط بالتأمينات. التأخير يُنتج مشكلة في المطالبة لا في الحادث.Reporting to the relevant authorities has periods and procedures, some tied to insurance. Delay creates a problem in the claim, not the incident.

متابعة الموظفEmployee follow-up

العلاج، الإجازة المرضية، العودة التدريجية، والتواصل المستمر. المتابعة الجيدة تقلّل احتمال النزاع أكثر من أي إجراء قانوني.Treatment, sick leave, gradual return and continuous contact. Good follow-up reduces the likelihood of a dispute more than any legal step.

تحليل السببCause analysis

بعد الاستقرار، حلّل السبب: هل هو إجراء؟ تدريب؟ معدات؟ الحادث الذي لا يُحلَّل يتكرر في مكان آخر.After stabilisation, analyse the cause: procedure, training or equipment? An incident left unanalysed recurs elsewhere.

السجلThe record

احتفظ بسجل الحوادث وأنماطها. الأنماط تكشف مخاطر لم تظهر في أي تقرير منفرد، وتُبنى عليها خطة سلامة حقيقية.Keep a register of incidents and their patterns. Patterns reveal risks no single report shows, and a real safety plan is built on them.
