قائمة مخرجات محددة وقابلة للتحقق، مع ما هو مستثنى. النطاق العام («نظام إدارة») يُفسَّر توسعاً من الطرفين.A list of specific, verifiable deliverables with exclusions. A general scope ("a management system") is read expansively by both sides.

القبولAcceptance

من يوافق؟ بأي معيار؟ وفي أي مدة؟ القبول بلا معيار مكتوب يعني أن المشروع لا ينتهي رسمياً أبداً.Who approves, against what criterion, and within what period? Acceptance without a written criterion means the project never formally ends.

الملكيةOwnership

الكود والتصميم والبيانات: لمن؟ استخدام مكتبات مفتوحة له شروط يجب ذكرها. الغموض هنا يظهر عند البيع أو الشراكة.Code, design and data: whose? Using open-source libraries carries conditions to state. Ambiguity here surfaces on a sale or partnership.

التغييرChange

كيف يُطلب التعديل ويُسعّر ويُعتمد؟ آلية التغيير المكتوبة تحمي الجدول من التضخم الصامت.How is a change requested, priced and approved? A written change mechanism protects the schedule from silent inflation.

الدعمSupport

ما بعد التسليم: مدة الضمان، زمن الاستجابة، ونطاق التصحيحات مقابل التطويرات. الخلط بينهما يُنتج خلافاً على كل طلب.After handover: warranty period, response time, and the boundary between fixes and enhancements. Confusing them creates a dispute on every request.

الخروجExit

التسليم الفني: الكود، التوثيق، بيانات الدخول، والبيئات. عدم ذكره يجعل الانتقال إلى مزوّد آخر شبه مستحيل.Technical handover: code, documentation, credentials and environments. Omitting it makes moving to another provider nearly impossible.
