حساب لكل منحة أو مشروع. الخلط يُنتج تقارير لا تُقنع الممول.An account per grant or project. Mixing produces reports that do not convince the funder.

الإفصاحDisclosure

مصادر الأموال واستخدامها. الشفافية أرخص من الدفاع لاحقاً.Funding sources and use. Transparency is cheaper than later defence.

الرقابةControl

المشتريات والرواتب بنفس ضوابط الشركات، وأحياناً أكثر لأن الممول يطلب أدلة.Purchasing and payroll with the same controls as companies, sometimes more because the funder demands evidence.

التقاريرReporting

لكل ممول: الميزانية والمصروف والمتبقي والإنجاز. التقرير المتأخر يُؤجل التمويل.Per funder: budget, spent, remaining and completion. A late report delays funding.
