أثره على الاحتسابEffect on counting

في بعض المسارات، الاعتماد شرط للاحتساب. غيابه يُنتج موظفاً غير محتسب، وهو ما يُفسّر فجوات لا سبب لها ظاهر.In some tracks accreditation is a condition for counting. Its absence produces an uncounted employee, explaining gaps with no apparent cause.

التقويمThe calendar

سجّل تاريخ الانتهاء لكل اعتماد مع تنبيه قبل ثلاثة أشهر. التجديد المتأخر قد يعني توقف عمل الموظف في مهنته.Record the expiry date of each accreditation with a three-month alert. Late renewal can mean the employee stops working in their profession.

الربط بالتوظيفLink to hiring

اجعل التحقق من الاعتماد خطوة في الالتحاق، وتحديثه شرطاً للاستمرار. الربط بالإجراء يمنع النسيان.Make accreditation verification a step in onboarding and its renewal a condition of continuing. Linking to process prevents omission.

الاعتماد المؤسسيEntity-level accreditation

بعض الأنشطة تتطلب اعتماداً للمنشأة لا للأفراد فقط. هذا نوع مختلف بمتطلبات وتدقيق دوري.Some activities require entity-level accreditation, not only individual. This is a different type with its own requirements and periodic review.
